How it works

Submit a claim

Complete the form on our homepage. There are four steps and it takes about 5 minutes (tip: have your unpaid invoice(s) at hand).

Claim check

While completing the form, we check whether your claim meets the legal requirements. If it does not, we stop the process. If it is not clear to you why the legal requirements are not met, you can contact us for further explanation.

Advance payment

As a final step, you pay an advance. No worries, this amount will be refunded once your claim is settled. The advance also represents the maximum cost if we are unable to enforce payment. The amount of the advance depends on the claim value:

After initiation, a bailiff is sent to your client within 5 working days. From that moment, your client has 38 days to make payment.
