New at Unpaid: Status updates

You may already have noticed it in recent weeks: When you submit a claim to Unpaid, from now on you'll receive 'status updates'. A handy message in your Inbox will keep you informed of the status of your claim. That way, you can stay on top of the progress towards recovering your money!

We care about keeping our customers well informed

Our service is important. After all, you have placed your trust in Unpaid to recover your money. We therefore want to keep you optimally informed at every stage in the procedure.

NEW: Status updates

That's why we have expanded our service to include handy status mails to inform you of every step that your claim undergoes. ​

Previously, you would receive e-mails when you submitted your claim and once the debt was paid. Now, you can also see exactly which stage your claim has reached and, more importantly, how long each stage (on average) will take. It's convenient and gives you peace of mind! 

In your mailbox and in your online overview

Status updates are automatically sent to your e-mail address. You'll receive notification if anything changes in the status of your claim. If you would rather not receive these mails, you can also unsubscribe and keep up with the status on the website, in your claim overview.
