We closely follow legal developments: the current federal coalition agreement provides that the procedure we currently offer for B2B claims will soon also be available for B2C disputes. This expansion opens up important opportunities.
In addition, we are actively exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence to make our services even smarter and more user-friendly. Where relevant, we will deploy this technology to support our clients even better.
