Hoe werkt het?

Unpaid schakelt rechtstreeks een gerechtsdeurwaarder in die, binnen 1 week persoonlijk, je klant aanmaant om te betalen. Doet die dat nog steeds niet, dan kan de betaling na 1 maand en 8 dagen juridisch afgedwongen worden, zonder vonnis. Een incassobureau of advocaat is niet nodig.

De kosten worden op de wanbetaler verhaald waardoor je enkel een voorschot hoeft voor te schieten. Deze prijzen zijn volledig transparant.

Nadat je dossier geregeld is, ontvang je 100% van het factuurbedrag, 21% van het schadebeding én het voorschot dat je eerder betaalde.

Nadat je een dossier hebt ingediend, sturen wij binnen de 5 werkdagen een gerechtsdeurwaarder naar je klant. Gedaan met afwachten dus, het is tijd voor echte actie!

Zo gaan we te werk:

Vul het formulier in door hieronder te starten met je ondernemingsnummer.
We checken automatisch of het dossier voldoet aan alle voorwaarden om van deze wet gebruik te maken. Indien dat uitzonderlijk niet zo is, dan bieden we een alternatief aan.
Je betaalt een voorschot. Dit dient om de gerechtsdeurwaarder aan het werk te zetten. Je krijgt dit integraal terug nadat je dossier geregeld is.
Je werk zit erop. De gerechtsdeurwaarder wordt ingeschakeld en zal indien nodig contact met je opnemen.
Betaalt de klant nog steeds niet, dan kan de gerechtsdeurwaarder na een maand en 8 dagen verder actie ondernemen om beslag te leggen en de schuldenaar dwingen om te betalen.
Je klant betaalt. Jij ontvangt het volledige factuurbedrag, het voorschot én 21% van het schadebeding.
